Standard Delivery 

  • We deliver to all areas of GTA ; Downtown, Midtown, York, North York, Markham, New Market, Oakville, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton, Aurora
  • The regular delivery time is between 12PM to 7PM.
  • We does not provide specific delivery time. If customer want to specific time, let us know before 1 day and will be charged extra.
  • Same day delivery orders must be placed before 10AM. Any orders placed after 10AM will be occur extra charge or moves to the next day. 

 

Event or Large Delivery 

  • Depending on the size and quantity, it will be charged extra.

 

Delivery to Condos / Apartments

  • Legal name, phone number and unit number must be provided. 
  • Please make sure the concierge is accept the flowers or allow the drivers deliver to the unit.
  • When driver is unable to delivery for any reasons, we do second delivery attempt for an extra charge.

 

Delivery to Company / Business

  • Legal name, phone number and company/business name must be provided.
  • Please make sure the business hours.

 

Delivery to Hospital 

  • Legal name, phone number and detailed information (room number, floor, specific department).
  • Please make sure the hospital or specific department is able to accept the flowers.
  • When driver is unable to delivery for any reasons, we do second delivery attempt for an extra charge.

 

Delivery to Nursing Home / Long-term Care Center

  • Legal name, phone number and detailed information (room number or unit number).

 

Delivery to Funeral 

  • Legal name, sender's phone number and service time.
  • Please make sure the service time for funeral and will be deliver before the time.
